White Tip - Light Elegance |
Description and Recommended Uses:
Great for doing a French manicure! Pearlesent with a sharp white look! This is an easy product to work with. It is self-leveling, won't yellow and makes doing a French Manicure a bit easier than using the French Tip. It is not designed to sculpt with on a form, but it can be applied over tips, Builder or Fiber that has been formed into a tip.
Recommended uses:
· French Manicure over tips, natural nail, or over other products such as Reconstructor, Fiber, Builder, acrylic or other enhancements
Application:
The tip area can be worn with our Ultra-White product for a stunning look.
The Ultra-White is applied just like a polish after the Bonder, 1-Step or Reconstructor has been applied and cured prior to the application of the Ultra-White. Ultra-White can also be applied directly to a prepared nail or existing product that has had the shine removed with a 180 grit file and cleansed. Place a small amount of Ultra-White over the free-edge of the nail while creating a smooth smile-line. The smile-line can be "cleaned-up" by using the tip of a brush or orangewood stick to remove unwanted material. If the Ultra-White is applied too thickly, the underside will not cure in the light and result in lifting on the free-edge of the nail. Place the hand in the light and cure. Continue on to the next step.
Hints & Trouble Shooting:
Ultra-White will lift from the free-edge if the nail is not roughed-up properly. Use a 100 to 180 grit file to prepare the nail sufficiently for the Ultra-White. Not sufficiently removing the shine from the nail plate, or touching the sidewalk with the product causes lifting. Applying the Ultra-White too thick can lead to lifting problems at the free-edge or sidewall because of insufficient curing. This is best avoided by starting out applying thin amounts to the nail, and as you become accustomed to the Ultra-White, applying thicker amounts that are more desirable.
Storage:
Avoid exposure to all UV light sources (including but not limited to sunlight, UV light from curing lamps, and "full spectrum lamps" such as Ott lights), inert gases and flame.
